1. The service

Mikser (postiz.mikser.cloud) is a private, self-hosted publishing tool operated by Mikołaj Abramczuk. It is used only to schedule and publish content created by its operator to social media accounts the operator owns, including TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.

2. Who can use it

The service is not open to the public. Registration is disabled. Only the operator has an account.

3. Connected platforms

When a social media account is connected, the service acts only on the operator's instructions and only within the permissions granted by that platform. Use of each platform is also subject to that platform's own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service.

4. Content

The operator is solely responsible for all content published through the service.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date above shows the latest version.
