When the operator connects a social media account (for example TikTok), the service stores the data needed to publish on that account: the access and refresh tokens issued by the platform, the account's basic profile information (display name, avatar, account ID), and the videos, captions and schedules the operator uploads.
This data is used only to publish the operator's own content to the operator's own accounts and to show the status of those posts. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties. Content is sent only to the platform it is published on (for example TikTok), through that platform's official API.
Data is stored on a private server in the European Union, accessible only to the operator, over encrypted HTTPS connections. Backups are kept for 14 days.
Data is kept while the account is connected. Disconnecting an account in the service, or revoking access in the platform's settings, stops all access; stored tokens and profile data are then deleted on request.
